George – we are experiencing the same issue and have reported it to Salesforce to investigate. In the meantime, I would suggest replying to your new account rep (who should’ve emailed you immediately after you submitted your email), also mentioning the issue, and asking if he/she can email you the e-copy. I’ll comment again once we get word that the issue has been resolved.
