		<description>George - we are experiencing the same issue and have reported it to Salesforce to investigate. In the meantime, I would suggest replying to your new account rep (who should&#039;ve emailed you immediately after you submitted your email), also mentioning the issue, and asking if he/she can email you the e-copy. I&#039;ll comment again once we get word that the issue has been resolved.

		<description>I am a current Salesforce subscriber, i asked my account excutive for a copy and he told me to go ahead and sign up fro trail.

I have signed up for the free trail twice with two unique email addresses, the return page upon sign up is static. links are highlighted but not active.

Is there any other way to receive this ebook?
