Don’t scoff at my discussing job posts in our current economic situation — budget cuts can help make the need for quick time-to-value solutions like Salesforce.com even more attractive to companies that need to implement solutions and have the added pressure of justifying ROI ASAP.

If a company has a hiring freeze and isn’t looking for a full-time Salesforce Administrator, you can bet that they’re looking for a contractor or consulting firm to help them out. Consulting firms that I work closely with, and trust, are still hiring. But now, like in other times, they’re able to be picky (and they should be!).
